1. Eligibility
   FieCo Rewards is available to clients on active monthly support plans.
   Clients on annual billing or one-off projects are not eligible unless they move to a monthly plan.
2. Start Date
   The programme applies to new monthly support plans from 1 January 2026.
   Existing clients can join when their plan is next reviewed or refreshed.
3. How Rewards Work
   • You earn Sparks each month based on the level of support provided that month.
   • Sparks refresh monthly and do not roll over, accumulate, or bank.
   • Your Sparks total and tier will be shown on your monthly invoice.
4. Tier Levels
   Your tier is determined by the number of Sparks earned in that month.
   If your Sparks level changes, your tier and rewards update for the next month.
5. Quarterly Rewards
   To receive quarterly rewards, your Sparks level must meet the relevant tier for the entire calendar quarter (Jan–Mar, Apr–Jun, Jul–Sep, Oct–Dec).
6. Bonus Sparks
   Bonus Sparks may be awarded for referrals or collaborative activity.
   Some are ongoing, others apply for a set duration.
   Bonus Sparks are awarded at FieCo’s discretion once the action is completed.
7. Rewards
   Rewards may vary over time.
   If needed, FieCo may substitute a reward for an alternative of equal or greater value (for reasons such as availability or dietary requirements).
8. No Cash or Transfer Value
   Sparks and rewards have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or credit, and cannot be transferred or sold.
9. Changes to Service Plans
   If your monthly plan changes, your Sparks and tier will adjust to match from the next billing cycle.
10. Pausing or Cancelling Services
    If your monthly plan is paused or cancelled, Sparks and rewards stop too.
    Sparks do not accrue during paused periods.
11. Fair Use and Discretion
    The Rewards programme is designed to recognise ongoing partnership.
    FieCo may adjust, withhold, or discontinue Sparks or rewards where activity is not in that spirit.
    Final decisions rest with FieCo.
12. Programme Updates
    Any updates to FieCo Rewards will be published on the FieCo website.
    Continued participation indicates acceptance of the latest version.
