Meet the dream team at FieCo Accountancy & Marketing! We’re a close-knit group of friendly folks who are all about helping small businesses thrive, whether you need a website wizard, marketing magician, or accounting aficionado.
Business Manager
Ellis has a passion for helping small businesses succeed and started FieCo after spotting a gap in the market, after working as an accountant for various industries.
Ellis has a hands-on approach, and is committed to delivering exceptional service (which his many 2am emails showcase!)
Business Analyst
Sharon joined FieCo as a Business Analyst, after 20 years committed to the NHS. Prior to this, she worked as a Tour Operator and Courier in the travel industry for 10 years.
Out of the office, Sharon broadcasts at a Community Radio Station, but family life is her ultimate favourite past time.
Marketing Analyst
Elander is a designer with a passion for creativity, focusing on bringing ideas to life with attention to detail. Her friendly and approachable nature makes her a valuable team member at FieCo.
When she’s not working, you can find her painting or exploring other creative projects in her Panda’s Pad.
Lottie
Guard Dog
Joining FieCo at the same time as Sharon, Lottie has become a valued part of the team. She balances her role as “security” with being the friendly face everyone loves to see. Her inquisitive nature means she’s always keeping watch, and her bark makes sure everyone knows who’s boss.
When she’s not busy being adorable or “on guard,” you’ll find her sprinting through the paddock or enjoying a playdate with her doggie pal, Cookie.

Ellis took the plunge and invested £1,000 into a business account, promising that he'd return to employment if it ran out!

Hana Robertson of HanaTech started her business and put her trust in Ellis to create a beautiful new website.

Ellis began to take action to augment the effect the business had on the environment and community, from pledging carbon neutrality to sponsoring local awards.
2020
FieCo was getting bigger, and Ellis needed help; enter Sharon... her adaptable and dynamic nature helped FieCo conquer its growing pains.
2021
We began our journey with the Living Wage Foundation, and by 2023 had become the first micro-employer to achieve all 3 accreditations.
2022
Drafting Elander onto the team and expanding our client base is just the beginning; we're excited to continue growing sustainably.

The countdown to the dream HQ has started at FieCo... this is where the next chapter starts!

National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2025 saw Elander win 'Starting Off's Skills For Life' award.
Feb 2025
Elander completed her Apprenticeship in Level 3 Digital Marketing and joined FieCo as a full time member of the team.

We took part in the Carbon Literacy Training for SMEs, gaining certification strengthening our commitment to sustainability and helping create a greener future for all.

After months of renovations, our main office is now the ultimate workspace and client hub - think sleek vibes, a Sage coffee machine brewing perfection, a fully stocked fridge, and yes… even Pac-Man for those mid day brain breaks.
